Beatrice Salinas

Beatrice A. Salinas was called home to be with the Lord, on March 2, 2014 at the age of 91. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Albert G. Salinas, sons Richard Salinas, Albert Emilio Salinas Jr., son-in-laws; Fred Ybarra, Albert Bellmon and Lloyd Culbertson. She loved to travel to Louisiana, to go the Casinos, also she enjoyed playing bingo. In the 1940’s she work for City of San Antonio, where her husband also work for 48 years and retired. The family would like to give special thanks to Kerry, Martin and the Chaplains from Alamo Hospice for all their care. Beatrice is survived by her beloved children; Ramiro Salinas, Terry Ybarra, Yolanda Bellmon, Linda Culbertson, Eva Ramirez (Jesse), siblings; Viviano Pena, Jose Pena, Juan Pena, Consuelo Hernandez, 31 grandchildren, 75 great grandchildren and 16 great great-grandchildren. Visitation will begin Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. for a 11:00 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at St. Clare Catholic Church with interment to follow in San Fernando Cemetery II.
