Beatriz P. Salas, born on April 15, 1927 in San Antonio, TX was called to be with The Lord on October 4, 2023 at the age of 96.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Isabel Salas; son, Joe Henry Calderon; life partner, Armando Quijano; 2 sisters, 3 brothers and several nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her children, Dalia Camarillo (Gilbert), Richard D. Schoenfeldt (Josie); special niece, Arlene Gonzalez; grandchildren, Gilbert Camarillo, Kresinda Casanova (Rene), Benjamin R. Camarillo (Tabitha), Richard Henry Schoenfeldt and Daniel Martinez; great grandchildren, Raven Isabel Camarillo-Melendez (Ricky), Gabriela Garcia, Angelica Padilla and Aiden Xavier Casanova; great great grandchildren, Ricardo Wolf Melendez IV, and Layla Butterfly Melendez; also, numerous nieces and nephews.

The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.,Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 9:15 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of The Resurrection at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 9883 Marbach Rd., San Antonio,TX 78245. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Rd., San Antonio,TX 78237.
