

Benito Frank Garza III, age 25, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, creativity, and unforgettable memories. Born with a vibrant spirit and a kind heart, Benito touched the lives of all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving mother, Michelle Cano, and his stepfather, who played a central role in raising him, Denver Gonzales; his biological father, Benito Garza Jr.; his son, Marcel Benito Garza, and his siblings Richard Ibarra, Jonathan Ibarra, Crystal Ibarra, Justine Torres, Alexia Garza, Daisy Gonzales, and Denver Gonzales. Benito also leaves behind his beloved girlfriend and soulmate, Alexandra Erivez, who held a cherished place in his heart. He will be deeply missed by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, all of whom were enriched by his presence. Benito had many passions that brought him joy. He loved gaming, especially Fortnite, where he connected with friends and showcased his competitive spirit. He was gifted in art, working skillfully with graffiti to create meaningful and expressive pieces. Benito also enjoyed basketball, a sport that let him play with energy and camaraderie.
Benito’s kindness, humor, and creativity will forever be remembered by those who were fortunate enough to share life with him. His absence leaves an irreplaceable space in the hearts of many, but his memory will continue to live on in the stories, love, and laughter he leaves behind.
May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love that will forever follow him.
A visitation will be held at Trevino Funeral Home, located at 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211, on November 22, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm.
