Benjamin Wade Mills

Benjamin Wade Mills, age 26, claimed victory and went home to Heaven after a courageous 8-year battle with cancer on August 31, 2001. Born on August 13, 1975 in Amarillo, TX, he was a student at UTSA studying architecture. He was previously employed by Nobe Engineering in San Antonio. Benjamin was an active member of Churchill Baptist Church and graduated from Churchill High School in 1994. He is survived by his parents, Gary and Saundra Mills of San Antonio; brother, Paul Mills and wife Mary Faller of Columbus, OH; and grandmothers, Wanda Mills of Oklahoma City, OK and June Buswell and husband Victor of San Antonio. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
