Bernice S. Lubel, age 82, died on Wednesday, May 1, 2002, in San Antonio, TX. She loved her little Yorkie companion, Merlot and her bird, "Blue". Bernice was a member of Agudas Achim Sisterhood, and Hadassah Women's Organization. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Lubel. She is survived by her sons, Dickie Lubel and wife, Janice, Michael Lubel and wife, Kathy; daughter, Beverly Maltz and husband Barry; grandchildren, Lance Lubel and wife, Sharon; Jaclyn, Julie, Jake Jarzombek, Mark Lubel and wife, Sue Ellen, Rachel Wills, Beth Peart and husband Gareth, Amy Kane and husband Jeff, and Allan Franklin; great grandchildren, Caroline Lubel, Leo Lubel, and Jeremy Lubel.
