Bertha enjoyed watching movies, solving word-search puzzles, and spending time with family and friends, especially her nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Maria Alanis, and nephew, Johnny Alanis Jr. She is survived by Her sister, Esperanza Aleman; brother, Santiago Trevino (Rosa); brother-in-law, Juan F. Alanis; nieces, Yvette Robles (Ray), Cynthia Rios, Michelle Sauers (Victor), and Maribel Morgan (Enrique); and great-nieces and nephews, Miranda, Mia, Raymond, Joaquin and Marisa Robles, Elliott, Leslie, Jacob and Celeste Rios, Matthew and Gracie Sauers, and James Wolfe.
Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237, US, on September 29, 2026, from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with the Rosary at the same location on September 29, 2026, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
A Funeral Mass will take place at St John Berchmans Church, 1147 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78226, US, on September 30, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by Committal at Mission Burial Park South, 1700 S.E. Military Dr., San Antonio, TX 78214, US, on September 30, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
