She graduated from Irving High School in Irving, TX in 1966 where she was captain of the cheerleaders. She graduated from Texas Tech University on the Dean's Honor List in December 1969.
On March 21, 1970 she married the love of her life Louis G. Marshall and they shared 38 years of love and laughter. In 1988 she graduated from Tulane University with a 4.0 GPA in Paralegal Studies.
Beth and Louis owned and operated Marshall's Brocante, specializing in antiques and Texas art. She was an antique appraiser and held her ISA certification. Beth worked in law offices in San Antonio for over 20 years.
Because of her great love of animals, she was extremely successful training thoroughbred horses, and this love extended to Rhodesian Ridgebacks and her beloved cats.
In addition to her husband Louis she is survived by; her sister, Kathee Livengood of Grapevine, TX; her cousins, Carolyn Fuller and Ann Uecker both of San Antonio; and other cousins.
