Betsy Hilliard Donnelly passed away peacefully on February 8, 2022. She was born on August 10, 1929 in Rocky Mount, NC, the daughter of Alexander Hamilton Hilliard and Neva Croom Hilliard. Betsy was preceded in death by her husband Paul (Col. USA, retired) and her son Patrick. Betsy and Paul were married for 61 years of love and happy adventures with friends and family. Survivors include their three daughters, Marian (Tom), Sheila, and Paula (Steve) in addition to five grandchildren; Ryan, Scott, Brian, Liam and Clare and four great-grandchildren: Mac, Ellis, Brenden, and Whitley. Betsy will be laid to rest with her husband Paul at the Columbarium at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio. Any memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
