Betty Meyer, age 97, passed away May 21, 2016, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born and raised in Kingsville, Texas. She moved to San Antonio when she married Gilbert Meyer and spent most of her life here.
Betty was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and a long time employee of San Antonio Drug Company. She loved gardening and traveling. Betty was a loving mother and will be missed by those who knew and loved here.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Meyer, and infant son, Herbert Meyer.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Sandra Meyer; sister, Clara Moore and husband Fred; brother, Charlie Ploug; and several nieces and nephews.
