Born in New Freedom, PA Beverly's life was characterized by her boundless love, unwavering faith, and remarkable service to others. For over four decades, she dedicated herself to the nursing profession as a Registered Nurse, touching countless lives with her compassionate care and healing hands.
As a devoted mother, Beverly raised seven children; Howard, Gregory, Bryan, William, Angela, Anthony and Dennis with wisdom, patience, and unconditional love. Her family grew to include twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, all of whom were blessed by her nurturing spirit and steadfast guidance.
Beverly's life was rich with diverse passions and talents. In her youth, she was an accomplished member of a Native American Dance Troupe, where she shared her appreciation for indigenous culture and traditions. She was equally at home in the natural world, excelling at hunting, fishing, and archery "with the best of them," as she would humbly say.
Later in life, Beverly distinguished herself as a competitive athlete, earning multiple medals in horseshoes at the U.S. Senior Olympics. Her aim was as true as her character.
Throughout all seasons of her life, Beverly's deep faith in the Lord was her cornerstone. She lived her beliefs through her actions, embodying the virtues of compassion, service, and grace that she held dear. She exemplified this, through her many hours of service, leading The Worship Place Church “Prayer Warriors” while living in Sun City Georgetown, Texas.
Beverly leaves behind a beautiful legacy of healing, faith, and family that will continue to inspire all who knew her. While we mourn her passing, we celebrate a life well-lived and take comfort in knowing she has found peace in the embrace of her Savior, alongside her beloved Howard.
Beverly’s Celebration of Life will be held at a later time this year. Anyone wishing to send floral arrangements can have them sent to:
