Billy G. Giles went to be with the Lord on April 4, 2011. He was born on February 6, 1927 in Bynum, TX to William T. Giles and Mattie W. Watson. He retired after 34 years of service with Civil Service at Kelly Air Force Base.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents; and 3 brothers, Gathings, Edward, & David Giles.
He is survived by his wife, Frances R. Giles; 3 children, Mark Giles & wife Yvonne, Deborah Clark & husband Brad, Denise Bilderback; 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; sister, Margaret Allen; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Friday, April 8, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 10a.m., Saturday, April 9, 2011 MacArthur Park Lutheran Church, 2903 Nacogdoches Rd., San Antonio, TX 78217.
Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park South. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
