He obtained his Bachelor's in Science from SW Missouri Sate in Springfield, MO. Bill served in the U. S. Air Force as a 1st Lieutenant during the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Moran and Pansy Osborne; son, Bruce Aaron Osborne.
Bill is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Osborne; sons, Richard, Jon and his wife, Donna, and Doug Osborne; grandchildren, Jonathan Brett and wife, Brandie, Cory, Alyssa, Ryan, Kelsey and Hallie Osborne.
