Billy Fay Poisso, 83, of San Antonio, Texas passed away March 6, 2016. She was born in Rochelle, Louisiana to John and Emma Moore on October 14, 1932. She was married to her husband, Stanley Poisso on February 1, 1954 and they were married 62 years.
Fay and Stanley ran their own business for many years. She was a member of the United Pentecostal Church (P.O.S. A.) and had a passion for art and making photo albums.
Fay was preceded in death by her parents and her twin sister, Johnnie Raye Moore. She is survived by her husband, Stanley; her children, Carolyn Poisso, Billy Poisso and wife Karin, Paula Poisso Henry and husband Doug; her grandchildren, Chris Pastol and his wife, Nanako, Blake Poisso, Brittany Poisso, Dustin Sparage; great grandchildren, Fairen Pastol, Siany Pastol, her brother, Carl Peters, and her sisters, Donna Welch, Sue Ayala and Lou Torres.
A visitation will be held from 5-9 pm, March 9th at Sunset Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 3 pm on March 10th in the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
