"Blanquita" as her family loving called her was an extremely hard working women. Her gift as a seamstress lead her to work on many different projects for friends and family and amazing career with Levis'- Co. and a curtain company in San Antonio. Blanquita was also a devout catholic, who loved to spend time at the Grotto, she was an esteemed member of the Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes of the Southwest and Tepeyac de San Antonio. Her faith was something she loved to share with her family as much as her sewing.
Blanquita also found great joy in the time she spent with her family, playing bunco or bingo and in the quiet times working on word puzzles and reading. She also dedicated efforts to achieving dual citizenship, an achievement she was extremely proud of.
Blanquita has now reunited with her husband Abelardo Cardenas Larragoitiy Sr., her brothers; Exiquio Villarreal Trevino & Horacio Villarreal Trevino and her sisters; Maria Villarreal Gutierrez, Lucila Villarreal Recendez, Olivia Villarreal Gonzalez.
She leaves behind her loving family, her children; Elizabeth "Liz" Larragoitiy, Abel "Lalito" Larragoitiy Jr., Evangelina "Angie" Larragoitiy, Hector Larragoitiy and sweet granddaughter Gabrielle "Bella" Larragoitiy and her only surviving brother Irineo Villarreal Trevino.
