Blanca Leticia Lozano was all too soon, called to be with the Lord Tuesday, July 21, 2009, at the young age of 52. She was preceded in death by her parents, Benito V. Lozano and Hortencia R. Lozano, and brother, Benny R. Lozano. The eldest of 9 children, she is survived by 3 sisters and 4 brothers as well as two daughters, Virginia and Diana E. Garza, and two grandchildren, Devante A Valentine, and Ariella J. Gonzalez. No words will ever express how much she will be truly missed.
