Bobby was the beloved wife of Dudley E. Bragg, who preceded her in death, and the mother of four children. Their marriage was marked by deep faith, devotion, and a shared love for family and church.
A dedicated educator, Bobby continued teaching until the age of 80. She believed strongly in the value of learning and poured her heart into generations of students, shaping lives not only through academics but through encouragement, patience, and kindness.
Her life was defined by a deep love for Christ and for others. A devoted member of Parkhills Baptist Church, Bobby was known as a faithful prayer warrior who consistently lifted up family, friends, and anyone in need. She taught Sunday school for many years, faithfully planting seeds of truth and faith that will continue to bear fruit for generations.
Bobby loved cooking for her family and found great joy in gathering loved ones around her table. Her compassion for others was evident in every conversation, every meal shared, and every prayer offered.
She is survived by her four children: Robert (son) and Kathi Bragg, Lynn (daughter) and Craig Carter, Todd (son) and Suzanne Bragg, and Val (son) and Stephanie Bragg. She also leaves behind 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren who were blessed by her steady love, wisdom, and example. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, unwavering faith, deep love for Christ and others, and the lasting legacy she leaves behind.
A celebration of Bobby’s life will be held at 10:00 a.m., March 2nd at Parkhills Baptist Church, 17747 San Pedro Ave., San Antonio, Texas. 78232. The family requests that any memorials be made to the Missions of Parkhills.
