Bobby Lee Roberts

It is with great sadness that the family of Bobby Lee Roberts announces his passing on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at the age of 83. He was born in Rayville, Louisiana and moved to San Antonio, where he grew up. Later in life he settled down in Huntsville to raise his family. Bobby proudly served his country as a Navy Korean War veteran where he trained and received his x-ray technician’s license. He loved sports, old western movies, reading his Bible, gardening and joking around.

Bobby is preceded in death by Virgil and Alfa Mae Roberts (father and mother) and his first beloved wife, Sandra Jean. He is survived by his children Traci Delbosque, Darci, Brian, Jennifer (husband Joe Brumley), Brett, and Kerry (wife Rita Roberts), five grand-children and four great-grand-children: Karli, Bria, Kera, Corey, Chelsea, Ashley (husband Manuel Ramirez Jr), Manuel III, Sapphire, Isaiah and Noah. Bobby will dearly miss his three brothers Donnie, Jerry, Lloyd, and their families.

Bobby leaves behind his present, devoted spouse Monica, her daughter Jessica (husband Ward Clauss), and three, additional grand-children: Cicely, Zurie, and Violet. He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him.
