Boen Swinny Jr.

Boen Swinny, Jr. M.D. Born on August 23, 1926 was 85 when he went home to our Lord and Savior on February 20, 2012. Dr. Swinny practiced allergy medicine for thirty years in San Antonio. He held many prestigious positions within the medical field. He was an active member of the San Antonio Power Squadron for more than a decade. Boen loved to be on the water whether it was fishing, sailing, scuba diving or just swimming in his pool. He is survived by his daughters, Susan Binger and her husband Henry, Holly Jonietz and her husband Louis as well as his granddaughter Jessica and his son, Boen Swinny III and his wife Kathy. The family would like to thank Alisha Hitt, Jason Horn and CIMA Hospice for all their hard work, attentiveness, and dedicated care through this time.
