The name Brandon Carter just popped in my head and I wanted to reconnect with my high school friend. Even though we haven't spoken to each other in 20+ years, finding out today that he has passed is a heartbreak. Way too young. I remember we spent all of 11th and 12th grade knocking on the table and freestyling during lunch. His energy was great to be around and will be missed. Condolences to his family. Rest easy brother.

'My sincere condolences to the Carter Family. This is late, but my memories of Brandon on our first deployment together in the motorpool are very fresh. Brandon was always one to make you smile, tell it to you straight and work harder than anyone else. I will always remember him.
