To my beloved Son Brent,
I will miss hearing your voice. You know I always picked up when you called me, many times more than once a day. That was fine because I knew how lonely you were, and especially after your dialysis treatments when you needed to know that someone was there for you. I tried to do the best I could for you and your sister. You were a very lively child, and I will treasure those memories forever. As an adult you had a very sensitive heart. You saw the simplicity in everyday things in nature and you were intrigued by the complexity of the universe. Many times I prayed, God let me have this disease, I'll take it for my son. You loved Jesus very much, always asking questions to know HIM better. HE poured HIS mercy and grace on you daily. He knew your heart! You will be greatly missed! And, although, your life was short, here on earth, I pray you are in His presence, finally rejoicing and eating all your favorite foods! I love you, my son, and will forever have you in my heart until we can meet again! Rest in HIS beautiful arms and care!
1 Peter 5:7 "Casting all your care upon HIM ; for HE cares for you." (KJV)

Brent was a wonderful friend to my husband and I. He was like family to us. Brent was very compassionate. He was a reliable trustworthy friend. He was growing so much spirituality. My husband and I talked to him hours on end. Brent talked to me about everything, and he talked to my husband about Syfy shows, and Star Wars, and politics. Brent had a great sense of humor. There are too many memories to share. We will miss him. I still can't believe he's gone. I know he's in heaven with our Father God!!! I send my prayers for all his family, and friends. #RIP Brent # I love you # I will miss you

To my dear nephew, Brent. You are a special person to your family. I know you loved us as we loved you. You are at peace and comfort now with no more pain. I wish we could have spent more time together, but we will later in heaven. You enjoyed your life on Earth and you will be more joyful in heaven. Your family will miss you each time we gather but we will never forget you. Rest in Peace.
Love Uncle Reuben ❤

Beloved Nephew Brent,
You gave no one a last farewell, nor ever said good-bye.
You were gone before we knew it, and only God knows why. A million times we will miss you, a million times we will cry. In our hearts you hold a place, no one else can ever fill. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone, for
part of us went with you, the day God took took you home.
We will meet again someday, I know in a better place. I thank God he made you
my nephew, while you were here on earth. Give Grandpa Sal a great big hug from us.
Love beyond words, Aunt Betty & Uncle Tony

As kids in middle school we were good friends with Brent. We rode bikes around castle hills forest and enjoyed the time when our generation still spent the day outside exploring and playing in the neighborhood and at the neighborhoods pool park. He was a great kid with a good sense of humor. Mr. And Mrs. Romo and his sister are in our prayers.
