Carl C. Ackerman, Jr. passed away on April 25, 2009, at the age of 88. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 44 years, Ethel W. Ackerman. Carl is survived by daughter, Kathleen A. Meier and husband, Clifton; granddaughter, Emily; brother, Robert Ackerman; and niece, Wendy Rodriguez. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 30th from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Porter Loring.
