

He was born on February 26, 1941 and was a native of San Antonio.
Carl graduated from St. Gerard High School in 1959 and then completed a tour in the US Coast Guard.
He retired from Alliant Food Service in 1996. After retirement he and his wife traveled extensively.
Carl was an avid hunter, sports enthusiast Go Cowboys!, enjoyed fishing and gambling trips, as well as gardening.
He was preceded in death by, his parents, Paul Keller Virgie; and his sister, Frances Keller.
Carl is survived by his loving wife, Audrey Keller; daughters, Christina Keller and partner James Mitchell, Lynette Cline, Diana Keller and partner Erik Keene; granddaughter, Amanda Aiken Alan; great-grandchildren, Ty, Colten, Justin, Kathleen Aiken; brother, John Keller Frances; sister, Doris Rutkowski; nieces, Laurie Burgess Sean; their daughters, Hailey and Brooke, Jeanene Rutkowski and partner Brandan White, Kelly Kavaler John. Carl will be missed dearly. He was tremendously brave and strong in his fight with cancer. He died as he lived, with dignity and goodness.
The family will receive friends on Monday, September 6, 2010 after 6:00 p.m.
