He was born February 17, 1937, in Cardwell, Missouri, to the late Albert Washington and Flora Sissom Allen.
A loving husband, father and grandfather, he will greatly be missed by all who loved and knew him.
Carl is survived by his wife, Carol A. Allen; daughter, Theresa Martinez and husband, Donald; son, Scott Allen and wife, April; grandchildren, Carl Wayne Allen, Oliva, Kelsey, Brandon, Adelina, Jacklyn, Carly and Zechariah.
