Carmen Leticia Cano

Preceded in death by her mother and father, Josephine F. Contreras, Quirino Contreras. She is survived by daughters Denise Cano, Leticia Cano & Edward, Gabriela Reynosa, and Diane Cano. Sons: Roger Cano & Debra, John Paul Cano & Stephanie, Jose M. Reynosa, Christopher P. Teran & Gerardo; 19 grandchildren.

Carmen was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, cherished by all who knew her. Her warmth and kindness transcended barriers and touched countless lives with her generosity and love. A remarkable soul, Carmen was known for being a hard worker; she took pride in her line of work. Whether it was cooking, dancing, or just spreading joy, her presence brought a light to every room she entered.

To celebrate Carmen’s life and to say our goodbyes, a memorial service will be held at Funeraria del Angel Trevino (2525 Palo Alto Road, San Antonio, TX 78211) on Friday, November 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. followed by a 7:00 p.m. rosary.

She will be deeply missed and forever treasured in our hearts.
