Carmen C. Garcia

Carmen C. Garcia, age 87, passed away on January 26, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on August 20, 1932 in Converse, Texas to Eulalio and Ramona Cisneros. She was preceded in death by her husband Lino B. Garcia. She is survived by her children, Alice Nava, Carmen Martinez, Lino Garcia and wife Yolanda, Mindy Varas and husband Al, Danny Garcia and wife Alice, Terry Arbizu and husband Frank, Carlos Garcia and wife Terry, Raul Garcia and wife Idalia, Maryann Tovar and husband Robert, Elizabeth Krist and husband Richard, and Edward Garcia; 20 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Carmen was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and grandchildren and embraced every moment with them. Carmen loved the outdoors and enjoyed spending time tending to her garden or going for walks. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road, San Antonio, Texas 78238 on Friday, January 31, 2020 from 4:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a rosary service at 6:00 P.M.
