She was a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Antoinette Scarnato.
Carmen is lovingly survived by her husband of 63 years, WO Donald A. Nicholson, USAF Ret.; daughter, Donna Schill and husband Peter; 4 grandchildren, Alison, Amie, Hunter, and Ashleigh; 3 great-grandchildren, Camryn, Cassidy, and Bliss; sisters, Mary Cliffe and Blanche Greenwell; also numerous nieces and nephews.
