Carol Ann was born May 1, 1954, to Bob and Bonnie Kohutek in Wharton, Texas and had one brother, Bo Brandt and 2 sisters, Nancy Kohutek Bryan and husband Dave Bryan and Jane Kohutek Chopp married to Richard Chopp, MD.
Carol Ann graduated Wharton high school in 1972. She went to Victoria Junior College and graduated from University of Texas in 1975 with BBA in marketing.
Carol Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Bonnie Kohutek, and brother, Bo Brandt. She is survived by her husband, Billy Wearden, son, Brandt Wearden, granddaughter, Luna Alcoser, and sisters, Nancy Bryan and Jane Chopp.
She will be cremated at Porter Loring North in San Antonio and a celebration of life will be held on February 21, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Christopher Hall, St. Mark The Evangelist Catholic Church, 1602 Thousand Oaks Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78232.
