

Cassandra "Cassie" Clark, age 20, passed away Monday, May 8, 2017 in Camp Pendleton, California. She was born on September 2, 1996 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Kenneth Keller and Julie Reed Keller. Shortly after her birth the family relocated to Kempner, Texas for 2 years, moving to Slidell, Louisiana for 2 years and then to San Antonio, Texas in 2001. Cassie attended school and graduated from Cornerstone Christian Schools where she was involved in softball, track and theater. Cassie loved working with children. She volunteered on the Puppet Team at Cornerstone Church and at the Brooke Army Medical Center in the Pediatric Clinic. She worked for several years in the Early Childhood Ministry at Cornerstone Church. She worked 2 summers at the Sacramento Camp and Conference Center in Sacramento, New Mexico. Her favorite time there was hosting the Sunshine Camp for the special needs children. Cassie met LCpl Noah Clark while at Bass Pro Shop and they were married on June 3, 2016 in Quitman, Texas. They lived at Camp Pendleton, California where he was stationed with the United States Marines Corps. Cassie loved people and had an infectious smile that made everyone feel welcome. She loved spending time with her husband, family and friends.
She was preceded in death by their baby, Beau Anthony Clark; grandmothers, Jessie Olds and Janis Reed; grandfather; Don Keller; and grandmother; Martha Grubb. Cassie is survived by her husband, LCpl Noah Clark, USMC; parents, Kenneth and Julie Keller; 2 brothers, Simon Keller (Mary), Andrew Keller and her sister, Rachel Keller. She is also survived by grandparents, John Reed, John Olds, Lorita Keller and great grandmother, Dena Faye Stirling; 3 aunts, Jeanne Brown, Shelly Fields, Karmen Dosser; 5 nieces and nephews, Caroline Keller, Gabriel Madril, Andrea Madril, Megan Keller and Carly Keller; 6 cousins, Dylan Fields, CJ Russell, Ashley Hathcock, Chesney Goodman, Scott Lynch and Shannon Williams as well as numerous great aunts and uncles and other wonderful family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday May 30, 2017 at Cornerstone Church in the Vada Hagee Chapel.
