Charity M. Dunham, age 85, of San Antonio, died Monday, August 23, 2004. She married Forrest W. Dunham on May 3, 1947 in San Antonio, TX. Mr. Dunham retired from the USAF after 30 years of service. He was employed with USAA for 12 years. Charity was very active in community affairs. She was a member of CAM, Sam's Shelter and Jefferson Area Co-op for senior citizens. She was an active member of Grace Presbyterian Church. She was also an early member of S.A. Flower Clubs; she was well known throughout the city for her handy work in crocheting, quilting and antique furniture work. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Melba Winters and Molly O'Connell. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
