Charles Lee Corbell was born to Annie Fay Stephens and Edward Burleson Corbell of Eola on July 1st, 1947. His time to go home to meet his Lord and his parents though much too soon to all of us who loved him, was April 15th, 2008.
Charles Lee lived and worked in San Antonio for many years and has many good friends and business partners there. He was an entrepreneur, he loved to study and learn new things, and was continually striving to meet his goals and have a better life.
Charles Lee is survived by three sisters, Kayde Corbell Farquhar and Judy Corbell Cain of San Angelo, and Bonnie Corbell Broyles of Austin, who miss him already. Charles Lee knew that we loved him but not how much we will miss him. He is also survived by two brothers-in-law, Bobby Farquhar and Tony Cain; two nephews, Ryan Cordell of Berlin, Germany, and Joshua Allsup of Trujillo, Peru; two nieces, Christy Broyles of Red Rock, Texas and Shelley Best and two grandnieces, Ashley Best and Emily Best, all of Cedar Creek, Texas, as well as many business partners and friends throughout the United States.
Don't grieve for me for I am free, I'm following the path God laid for me. I took his hand when I heard his call, I turned my back and left it all. Lift up your hearts and share with me, God wanted me now, He has set me free.
