He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Barbara; daughters: Sharon and husband, Randy Jungman; and Wendy Elkins; son, Charles Chuck Joseph and wife, Mindi; nine grandchildren; brother, Larry and wife, Barbara A.; sister, Cecilia; his sister-in-law, Betty Tarver; numerous nieces, nephews and their children;
