Charles is preceded in death by his wife, Lynn Miller.
He is survived by his step-sons, Chris Wheatley and Jody Pickard; daughter, April Miller; grandchildren; Matthew Miller, Leslee DeLaRosa, Michael DeLaRosa, and Casey Wheatley; great-grandchildren, Kaylee DeLaRosa, Nancy Smith, and Tammy Wheatley; sisters, Pam Olson and Paula Cuellar and her husband Joe; nephew, Michael Cuellar.
Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera road, San Antonio, Texas 78238 on Monday October 28, 2024 beginning at 10:00 am with a funeral service at 11am. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 1:30 pm with US. Air Force Honors.
