Charles Ruth was born in Corsicana, Texas on September 13, 1929. He passed away November 23, 2002 in San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pat and Susie Ruth of Corsicana, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Beverly; stepchildren, Kristi and Bradley Kinney; sons, Stephen and Larry Ruth; sisters, Betty Jean Murray and Helen Michael; and brother, Ted Ruth.
