Retired CSM Charlie C. Windham Nick, entered into rest peacefully Saturday, November 24, 2001. Nick aspired to be a dedicated soldier, husband and father. He will be dearly missed as he was a friend and father to all people he knew. Nick served his country in WWII and Korea and enjoyed his many years instructing at Texas Military Institute. He was preceded in death by his son, Charles F. Windham Freddy. He is survived by his son, John A. Windham; daughter, Cathy L. Queen; and 3 grandchildren, Lauren A. Deiser, Lindsey N. Deiser and T.J. Queen.
