She was born on February 23, 1950, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota to parents Richard and Lois Vosacek. Cheryl had been a resident of San Antonio since 1968. She was a registered nurse for 27 years and spent 12 of those years in the oncology specialty.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Richard T. and Lois E. Vosacek. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, David J. Schreiner; sons, Michael and wife, Andra of Dallas, Texas, and Christopher Schreiner; brother, Rick Vosacek; sister, Debbie Ruark of Madill, Oklahoma; and niece, Mary Elaine Ruark of Stillwater, Oklahoma.
