Christopher A. Nino, age 89, passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2013 in San Antonio. While serving in the U.S. Army he was a coder and was sent on missions to far away places such as Africa. Upon his honorable discharge, Christopher attended Trinity University, St. Phillips College and San Antonio College and worked in civil service at Kelley Air Force Base for the next 57 years, only retiring because the base was closing. After his retirement, Christopher kept busy with his daily routine of errands and more enjoyable pursuits like reading and watching his favorite kung-fu movies, along with old westerns.
He was preceded in death by is wife, Irene and is survived by his loving family.
