Cindy's early years in El Paso were filled with joy and the close-knit bonds of family. She was the cherished daughter of Maria Soroa, whose memory preceded her in passing, and the beloved sister to Daniel, who also predeceased her, and to Valerie, with whom she shared an unbreakable bond. Cindy's grandparents, Alberto and Cecilia Soroa were a guiding light in her life, offering wisdom and love in abundant measure. Her brother-in-law, Robert Barrera, held a special place in her heart, as did her adored nephew, Noah, and niece, Olivia, who will carry the legacy of her love forward.

Cindy's life was a testament to her extraordinary character. Her generosity knew no bounds; she gave freely, not just of her resources, but of her time and spirit.
