Claudia M. Foerster

In loving memory of Claudia M. Foerster, she went to be with our Lord July 29, 2023 in Floresville Texas. Claudia was born at Royalty Farm in Coryell County, Texas to Ernest Lee Lynch and Lou Ella Bruton Lynch, October 10, 1929. She married Milton Leroy Foerster in 1947 and had one son, Milton Edward Foerster.

Claudia was a beautician for a few years, but mainly worked by her husband’s side as a bookkeeper for his auto repair shop in San Antonio. They retired in the 1980’s and started traveling all over the U.S.A. and Canada. She and her husband were members of a square dance club and she loved good old classic country music. She took up painting and painted many beautiful landscapes that hang throughout her home. She loved to work crossword or search puzzles and reading.

Claudia was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Milton Leroy Foerster, parents Ernest and Lou Ella Lynch, brothers Wilford Lynch, Doug Lynch and wife Golda, Jack Lynch, sisters Daisy Dot Lynch, Violet Lynch, Pauline Marshall and her husband George.

She leaves behind her son Milton Edward Foerster and his wife Cindy, grandson Ryan Foerster, grandson Todd Foerster and his wife Kelly, great grand daughter Molly and great grandson Milton, step grandchildren Chad Davis, Robbie Davis, Kevin Davis and April Taylor, and their family members, cousin Verdi Carroll, nephew Barry Marshal, nieces Peggy Gentry, Rhonda Elkins, Patti Archer, and also her neighborhood friends.

A visitation for Claudia will be held Friday, August 18, 2023 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at Sunset North Funeral Home, 910 North Loop 1604 East, San Antonio, TX 78232. The funeral service will begin at 9:00 AM at Sunset North Funeral Home, followed by the committal service from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach, San Antonio, TX 78234, at Shelter #4.
