Clifford R. Leyendecker, 80, passed away December 23, 2009, at his home of natural causes. Mr. Clifford R. Leyendecker was born September, 15, 1929, in San Antonio, TX., to Clifford R. and Lillie Mae Leyendecker. He served in the Unites States Air Force during WWII. Mr. Clifford R. Leyendecker is survived by his wife of 47 years Ella Leyendecker; sons Jesse C. Leyendecker, Ray D. Leyendecker, Robert (wife Melissa) Leyendecker; and a daughter, Lily Mae Leyendecker. Also surviving him are eight grandchildren; Bryan Guerrero, Cyerra Guerrero, Juels Guillen, Autumn Guillen, Ashley Flores, Shelby Leyendecker, Matthew Leyendecker, and Christian Leyendecker. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 30, 2009 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m.Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday December 31, 2009 at St. Anthony Mary Claret Catholic Church, 6150 Roft Road, San Antonio, Texas. Interment will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
