Concepcion G. Martinez

Concepcion G. Martinez, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 9th, 2024, at the age of 92. She was born on December 8th, 1931, in Mexico to the late Augustina Vargas. Concepcion's life was a testament to the values of family, love, and kindness.

A devoted housewife, Concepcion's greatest joy was in the kitchen, where she lovingly prepared meals that brought her family together. Her culinary skills were renowned, and her home was always filled with the comforting aromas of traditional dishes made from the heart.

Concepcion had a deep appreciation for classical music, often filling her home with the timeless melodies that brought her peace and joy. She was also an avid fan of telenovelas, finding entertainment and connection in the stories that unfolded on screen.

Her love extended beyond her family to the animals in her neighborhood. Concepcion was known for her gentle spirit and could often be seen feeding the local cats and birds, ensuring they were cared for and loved. Her compassion for all living creatures was evident in everything she did.

Concepcion's legacy is one of warmth, kindness, and devotion to God and her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She leaves behind a family who adored her, and a community that will remember her generosity and loving spirit.

Concepcion will be reunited in heaven with her loving husband; Jose Z. Martinez, and her sons; Faustino R. Yandow and Jose Rodriguez-Vargas.

Concepcion will forever live in the hearts of her children; Julie, Estella, Sara, Alfonso, Lydia, Marce, Mario, and Luis, along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren
