Constance Dana Linville

Constance (Connie) Marsh Olson Linville was born in Woburn, MA, the youngest of four children, to Carolyn and Raymond Perry. The family moved to Glen Ridge, NJ, where she grew up and then attended Westbrook College, in Portland, ME. She married Howard L. Marsh on March 9, 1952, who passed away on July 13, 1987. Connie later married Rudyard Olson in 1987 and Donald Linville in 1996, both who also preceded her in death.

A member of University United Methodist Church, Connie was the Stephen Ministry Coordinator for five years. She served on the Board of Hospice Brazos Valley, Friends of VNA and Hospice, was a member of the Cancer Center Council, Woman’s Club of San Antonio, San Antonio Optimist Club, and a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. Connie loved traveling and spending time with her family which included the six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren she was blessed with.

Connie is preceded in death by her sister, Carolyn Harwood; brothers, Larry Perry and Raymond Perry; and grandson, Travis Marsh. She is survived by her three children, Steven L. Marsh (Janet), Linda P. Harter (Ted), all of Weatherford, TX, and Patty Wilkins (Doug) of San Antonio, TX; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and six stepchildren.

Following the service, Connie will be laid to rest privately at Memoryland Memorial Park in Greenville, Texas. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Embrace Hospice, 5835 Callaghan Rd #600, San Antonio, TX 78228.
