Consuelo G. Candelario

Our heavenly Father has opened the gates of heaven to embrace our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother, Consuelo G. Candelario, age 89, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2010.

She was born on March 15, 1921 in San Antonio, TX.

Consuelo was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 58 years, Ralph Candelario and by her brother, Joe Gonzales.

Consuelo is survived by her daughter, Connie Candelario Underhill and husband, Roger; sons, Ralph Candelario, Jr. and wife, Rose Marie, Joe Candelario and wife, Antoinette, and Robert Candelario and wife, Esther; 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson; brother-in-law, Cecil Candelario and wife, Ruth; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Her dedication to her family leaves behind a strong legacy to the Candelario family. You touched all our lives in special ways and memories to cherish a lifetime. God speed beloved, "Mom" and "Grandma" until we meet again.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 26, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Porter Loring.
