Cristina was born on April 14th, 1957 in the Philippines to Placido Almendares and Espirita Morales. She was a Registered Nurse for over 30 years and 20 plus years spent as a Clinical Research Nurse at John Hopkins Medical Center. .
She is preceded in death by her father, Placido Almendares. She is survived by her husband, Ande Clark Mass; daughter, Lailanie Flores (Jason); grandchildren, Jalen Flores, Genavieve Flores and Amelia Flores; sisters, Tess Tate, Norma Malaga and Gracing Almendares; mother Espirita Almendares.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society in her honor.
