Cruz was born in Estancias Coahuila, Mexico to Maria del Refugio Rodriguez Treviño and Domingo Medrano Suñiga on 05/02/1936. She married Obie Stoker in San Antonio, TX.
Cruz is survived by her sisters Maria de Jesus Rodriguez, Esther Medrano Perez, and Noemi Medrano Flores and their families.
