Before she embraced the role of grandmother, Cindy was employed for several years at the San Antonio Humane Society. She assisted the team during Hurricane Katrina to hold and protect any animals the evacuees brought with them to Port San Antonio. At home, she was never without more than one animal at a time.
After years of employment, she graciously became a stay-at-home grandmother caring for the youngest grandchildren. We would not have gotten by without her.
She enjoyed traveling and visiting the beaches of Texas, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Florida. She and James would often make long drives to Eagle Pass, TX. and Biloxi, MS. to spend time at the casinos.
She was preceded in death by her parents Bernice and Charles Frankosky.
Cynthia is survived by her husband of 51 years, James Daley; her loving children Amy Patalano (Michael) of Toms River, NJ; Abigail Montez (John) of San Antonio; Amanda Daley of San Antonio; Ashley Daley of San Antonio; and her cherished grandchildren Maxwell Patalano, Jaxon Patalano, Kennedie Sallee, Jaden Monosmith; and her sister Mary Holland (Michael) of Conway, SC. Along with a number of extended family members across the country.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., at Porter Loring Mortuary North, 2102 North Loop 1604 East., with a reception to follow.
