She is survived by her parents, Pamela W. and James O. Deegear III; sister, Frances Scott Deegear and her fiancé, Clifton Macdaniel; brother, James O. Deegear IV and his wife, Kellie; niece and nephew, Emma and Cinco Deegear; grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. George B. Livesay; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends; and her beloved Yorkie, Hudie.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the many professionals who treated Cindy's cystic fibrosis for their kindness and caring throughout her life.
