My dearest friend. If only you knew how much I miss you. It has been 1 year today that you  went to Heaven, 1150 to be exact. I still have the messages from Kaylie on my phone. Kaylie is doing well. You are going to be a Grandmom again! You are very proud of her I am sure. I am sure you are happy in Heaven. Playing softball I am sure. Keep watching over us. We will meet again someday.

We've had an "In Memorium" sign in the clinic lobby this past year, and many patients and families expressed their condolences.  Cindy has been in our thoughts  with many reminders of her presence and the impact she made.

I worked with Cindy @  "Big Willie" since the 90s.  And let me tell you,  they don't make nurses like her anymore .  Always professional, she was not only an exceptional nurse, and mentor, she was a great Mom and  friend. She always talked about her girls with such pride. Cindy, as the "brain trust" for all matters dealing with the heart, you will be greatly missed. Rest in peace my friend. 

I have known Cindy Pinard since the 1980's at WHMC. We were BRACHed  together to SAMMC in 2011. She was an exceptional RN who exemplified professionalism with her patients. She was a loving mother who put her two daughters above all else. They were the apple of her eye. I saw her everyday at BAMC. I will miss here smiling face. She would come everyday to get ice form the ice machine. I will also miss passing by her office at the end of the day and say "Cindy Pinard lets's go home". She is home now without any pain or worries.

I first met you in your clinic and you were welcoming and jovial. Then I had the pleasure of  briefly working with you while supporting BAMC's COVID-19 operations, performing testing and providing education to our service members, their families, and retirees. I will miss your smile, music, and dance moves

I’m so very sorry for your loss. Your mom was such a wonderful lady. The best memories I have of her are from our dance team days. She treated us as her own and was always there for us. She was not only our sponsor, she was a great Team Mom. I pray that you both find comfort in knowing she is in heaven watching over you both and your family. Love y’all ♥️

Cindy touched so many lives, directly and indirectly. Her patients were always in great hands. She also took on a lot of us aspiring critical care nurses, putting us under her wing and making sure when we were done with our training, that our patients would also be in great hands. 

Cindy, you are home now. I will always remember the beautiful times we invested together working at BAMC, and the many stories we shared of families and friends.  Your love for nursing, family, and friends was unique and special.  Your dedication and relentless desire to everything possible for your patients, showed me how big me was your heart.

I’m so sorry to hear of Cindys passing. I worked with her both at Wilford Hall and SAMMC. She was always someone we used as a resource for her knowledge and experience. She was always quiet but approachable and I’ll always remember her sweet smile. Love and prayers to her family friends and coworkers. Aloha 

My sincerest condolences to your family during this difficult time. I will fondly remember Cindy's beautiful helping spirit, hard work ethic, and kind smile.  She made anyone feel like family with a single conversation.  What a great loss this is.  Cindy will be in our hearts and memories forever. 

Cindy was an extraordinary woman. I cannot put into words how much we have lost as a community now that she is gone. The world is truly a lesser place without her. My sincerest condolences to her family and loved ones. 

So many patients commented about the next door "rivalry" between Cindy's TCU purple and my maroon A&M flags outside our offices.  She loved anything that was the color purple, Dallas Cowboys, and rock music.  She had the memory of a computer, stamina of three people, always brought fabulous cooking to the potlucks, and received much admiration from her patients.  It is an unbelievable loss to the cardiothoracic surgery team, the medical community, and of course to family and friends.  Please take comfort that many, many others are feeling her loss.

I was one of Cynthia's outpatient physicians. Please know I am thinking of you and I am so sorry for your loss. I saw Cynthia in the office on June 3rd and she was as upbeat as ever. I know she had lost her dad in February. So, this is a tremendous amount of loss for your family in such a short time. Cynthia was always a pleasure and I admired her persistence. She set the example for all of us to live fully and love deeply. Her family was her joy which I enjoyed hearing about.
