She was born on June 10, 1937, in Miles City, Montana, and moved to Washington State in 1941. where she graduated from West Valley High School in 1955, and attended South Plains College in Levelland, TX, becoming a Certified Nurse's Aide. She also served in the U.S. Air Force from 1955-1957. In 1957 Dalice met and married her husband, Earl Hutchings, in Cheyenne, WY.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents, Jessie and David Oxford; and a brother, Donald Oxford. She is survived by a daughter, Dawn McCraw and husband Patrick of Schertz; a son, Christopher Hutchings of San Antonio; and a grandson, Shawn Hutchings, of Fort Worth; a brother, Keith Oxford and wife Leah of Idaho; a sister, Sharron Massa and husband Bob of Washington State; a brother, Richard Oxford and wife Ella Mae of New York; and numerous nieces and nephews.
