Daniel "Uncle Danny" Fuentes, Jr.

Daniel lived for his family especially his nieces and nephews. He was the epitome of a great uncle, who treated his nieces and nephews as if they were his own children.

He was a happy go lucky kind of guy; a big teddy bear full of life who was happiest hanging out with his family barbecuing and celebrating holidays and birthdays. Danny was always joking around with friends and family, laughing and enjoying the time he spent with his loved ones. Those who knew him, know what a kind and generous heart he had; he was always ready and willing to help someone out in any urgent situation, especially his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel R. Fuentes; and his grandmother, Dolores Alcorta.

Daniel is survived by his mother, Estela, Fuentes; his brother, Marco Fuentes and wife Cindy; his sister, Cynthia Marie Collins and husband Jason; his nephews, Marco Jr. “MJ” and Nathan; his nieces, Alyssa and Harper; as well as numerous cousins, extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, on Sunday, September 5, 2021, at Porter Loring North, San Antonio, Texas.
