As the son of an Air Force serviceman, Daniel had the opportunity to live in San Antonio, TX; Okinawa, Japan; Crete, Greece; Bryan, TX and Wiesbaden, Germany.
After graduating high school, he joined the Air Force and was stationed at Bergstrom Air Force Base. He was in Logistics and served on the Honor Guard.
Daniel was known for his strong work ethic, kind heart, and wonderful sense of humor. He enjoyed working at The Home Depot, collecting comic books and Funko Pops, playing Xbox, and never passed up an ice-cold Big Red. His greatest joy was spending time with his son, Daniel Jr.
Daniel is lovingly remembered by his parents, Anatolio and Amelia Hinojosa; his sister, Debra Leeper, and his beloved son, Daniel Hinojosa Jr.
